As a Certified Forensic Examiner, Dr. Scott Costanza has been providing forensic services for more than 20 years within the 15th Judicial Circuit and throughout the state of Florida.  Working closely with private attorneys, the Office of the State Attorney, and the Office of the Public Defender, Dr. Costanza provides psychological and psychosexual evaluations and facilitates pre-trial intervention services.  As the Executive Director and owner of the C.O.R.T.E.  Program, Dr. Costanza maintained the sex offender treatment contract and the mental health contract for the Department of Corrections.
